To register for this year’s leadership meeting, please fill out the form below.
Section representative from EU will receive 100€ to reimburse his/her flight to Vilnius. Representatives from outside of EU will receive of up to 200€ reimbursement for their travel costs (EPS will reimburse section representatives upon receiving filled forms and copies of expenses). The reimbursement amount may increase depending on the number of sponsors for this event, however we cannot provide more information at this time.
Please note, that accommodation and travel reimbursement will be provided to only one (main) representative from your section. If more representatives from your chapter are planning to participate, they will have to pay for their own accommodation (please contact us for more information).
