Downtown Forest Hostel is located in the picturesque Užupis district, close to the city centre of Vilnius. Despite its central location, the hostel is set in a forested area, offering a calm, nature-like atmosphere.

Some rooms have been booked in the hostel, from Thursday 14th (arrival) to Sunday 17th (departure) May 2026, including breakfast. As usual, participants will be accommodated in shared rooms. During the online registration, please indicate your gender.

If you wish to stay in a separate location, you are responsible for booking it and note, that the cost will not be reimbursed. If you decide to book another location, we kindly ask you to inform us beforehand.

Travel to and from the venue

For 15th and 16th of May, special buses will pick you up and take you from the Downtown Forest Hostel (where the participants will be staying) to the Faculty of Physics in Saulėtekis avenue, where the leadership meeting will take place (read more here).

The bus pick up times are as follows (from the Downtown Forest Hostel):

  • 15th of May: 8:30 am
  • 16th of May: 9:00 am

These busses will also take you back to the hostel from the venue:

  • 15th of May: 18:30 (6:30 pm local time)
  • 16th of May: 17:00 (5 pm local time)

The venue is also reachable with public transport from the Hostel (more information can be found in google maps)
